Hey friends!  I am so excited to share a little video with you all this week.  I know getting in front of the camera can be a scary thing sometimes.  So I wanted to share 3 Quick Posing Tips to help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Many of you may be thinking – “ugh I hate getting in front of the camera” or “all of my chins will show in my pictures.”  Well, friend, I am here to tell you that simply isn’t true.  As a photographer, it is my job to not only make you look good in front of a camera – but to make you feel good as well.

There is a lot to be said about faking it until you make it, but I don’t want you to have to “fake” anything.  I want to make sure you have all of the tools you need to succeed.  So with a little insider knowledge from the pro herself *wink wink*, you’ll be ready to kill it in front of the camera.  You’ll look your best, feel your best, and have awesome images for you business or social media.  I hope you enjoy this little piece of content I have created for you and as always, if you have any questions – don’t hesitate to ask!

additional quick tips

  1. Place the sun directly behind your head if it is the middle of the day.  It will create a beautiful glow of light and look super professional.
  2. Stay away from small prints.  They tend to meld together on the camera and can be distracting to the eye.
  3. Don’t forget to have fun!
